Cerix wasn’t affected by the light corruption, at least not fully. In Cerix’s canon, Dawntrail happens before Shadowbringers and the overflow of lightning aether in Heritage Found actually messed with their aether beforehand. That being said, the overflow of Light caused them immense pain.
