CBS News poll finds rising concern over government shutdown impact on economy, Americans personally
Americans are increasingly voicing concern about the shutdown's impact on the U.S. economy, as a big majority feel Congress isn't even working to try to end it. There's also increased worry from people over being personally affected, particularly among those with lower incomes, along with that concern about national impact. Politically, that means no one is "winning" overall: Congressional Democrats, Republicans and President Trump are all drawing increasingly negative marks for their handling of it as it has gone on.

Staff shortages from government shutdown cause delays at US airports
US airports have been hit with widespread delays because of a shortage of air traffic controllers, who are working without pay during the federal government shutdown. A ground stop was issued at Newark Airport on Sunday morning, a major hub servicing New York. Average delays at Newark are more than three hours and could last until Monday, the Federal Aviation Administration says.

Mike Johnson tried 14 times with his partisan action. He’s good at failure. The Government shutdown is happening so Trump can get us into wars. Venezuela, Columbia and that’s just the beginning.
