And here I've been just making typos naturally like a sucker.
So I read in some article that folks are adding deliberate typos to their writing in order to dispel suspicions that they’re getting machines to speak for them. That’s coward shit. I say just use the word “fuck” more.

In the face of enshittification, commence the enfuckening.

I am not one to shill for products, but I started ordering meals from Everytable.com and I haven't had one bad meal yet. This is my 3rd week and man, this food is tasty, fresh & local. Best is that it's really affordable too.

I hope they can expand their delivery area so my SF friends can try it.

I don't want to see any complaints about not understanding what Bad Bunny was saying from the people who don't even know the correct lyrics of songs they like.

Welp, I got a lot of work done today and I even managed to put a final coat of polyurethane on my nightstand during my lunch break. Another work week in the rear view.

It's once again time to recommend this essential read if you want to know how gaming is connected to what is happening right now.

Yeah, it has been obvious. Over a decade ago, a techie I knew pretty much told me I was not imagining it. No algo suggests an Oreck vacuum right after I pass a store on accident. No algo pushes tix to The Cure immediately after I mention them on accident.
Do you remember when people were saying "I think my phone is listening to me, i'm getting ads for stuff I spoke about" and people said "They arent listening to you, they're just this good at predicting your interests"?

Well, it happens they were doing exactly that.

Let Walder Frey and his whole family be a lesson.
Thinking about whoever said that by accepting a meal from people and then arresting them ICE agents broke a cultural taboo that was invented by, like, the first humans to set up a tent

EVERYTHING AMERICANS HAVE ALLOWED THE GOVERNMENT TO DO TO BLACK PEOPLE IS NOW BEING DONE TO EVERYONE.

WE TOLD YOU THIS WOULD HAPPEN.

If you're a Republican who is struggling to reconcile with what your party is doing, if you struggle to sleep at night, if people you love are feeling resentful and you want to make things right, it's time to part ways with the GOP.

You're late to the party, but the door is open for you.

Here I am, agreeing with Bill Kristol. Democrats, pay attention! This is the position.
Also, may I say that I don’t agree with people saying ICE and CBP need “more training.” They’re doing exactly what this administration has trained them to—impose a reign of fear in blue cities. They don’t need more training. They need to be ripped up root and branch.

And here I was, ready to have a nice weekend like a fool. I just wanted to spend time with my son & touch up a nightstand.

But feds are murdering in the streets so they can brutalize and kidnap Black & Brown people with impunity.

We are & have been in the midst of a white nationalist takeover.

People are kidnapping preschoolers and macing fully restrained protesters because they like the power to make others suffer, and I need us all to burn into our memories what they’re doing now because they’re definitely going to be asking for grace and forgiveness in the not too distant future.

You know, I love Oakland. Every weekday, between 3-5, retirees line the sidewalk near Grand Lake Theater with protest signs. I can hear the honking when I'm home.

Today, a brass band joined them. Oakland is magic. Oaklanders are solid people.

Nationwide ban on leaf blowers in city limits now! Noise pollution is far worse than some leaves on the ground easily raked or swept.

Sorry, I'm a middle aged busybody.

When I was a business manager I was given a definition of effective communication that holds true. It's effective when it has the desired effect. That's it.

Is the desired effect for people to think he's senile?

I truly appreciate my transit options but this is the kind of thing that drives me bonkers. Escalators are always going out. There are limited elevators and stations are already long. For those of us with disabilities, it's hard.

The biggest miscalculation of the Trumpists is about human nature. They assume we're all selfish and cowardly and can be cowed into silence or submission or surrender, which is to say they seem to base their version of human nature partly on themselves and partly on their scorn for the rest of us.

I've watched The Flux multiple times. Sometimes I enjoy it, other times, extremely frustrated. This needed to be 10-12 episodes to flesh out the story lines & develop the characters. We didn't get nearly enough Prof. Eustacius Jericho, Kavanista, Bel, Vinder or background of Division. #Doctorwho

I'm getting really concerned that my goal of doing some field research in Norway is going to be hampered by my nation's recklessness.

How long until we aren't allowed in even more nations? It's already begun.
