ICE is using a new app called Mobile Fortify to scan people's faces and determine their immigration status.

The government's use of biased, unreliable facial recognition tech to supercharge its mass deportation campaign endangers all of our rights.

@facianea.bsky.social I'm with Agent A. Whitney Brown: It's so rad that you're doing Ong's Hat! That whole story is fascinating and such perfect Alex Episode material, and I know you'll find details and connections I never knew about.

My man did like to show off the goods in his little miniskirt.
I miss pre-Flashpoint Darkseid, back when he’d just break into people’s houses and try out their furniture.

If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."

There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.

Hello! today is 🎂🎉MY BIRTHDAY! 🎉🎂

For my birthday, plz read what is up of my webcomic/signal-boost this skeet? It would mean a lot to me!

Only 50 pages so far. It hasn't updated in ages, but I'm still working on it. Updates will resume when the backlog reaches 50 pages.

Those claiming Dems should retreat on racial justice aren't hard-headed realists, they're pushing against the electoral tide rather than leaning into it. The story of Gen Z isn't about racist backlash or red-pilled young men. It's the most racially progressive generation in American history. 🧵

Ah, the two genders of OD&D city encounters: Men and Undead!

For real, though: That is a worrying ratio. That’s like a FromSoftware game. Folks must be taking vacations in the werewolf-haunted wilderness just for a break from all the Draculas.
something i’ve always found somewhat whimsical about od&d is that due to how the encounter tables are set up, there is basically always a minimum 12.5% chance you run into a werewolf (well, lycanthropes generally).

Investigate strange and after-worldly relics with a cute teddy and his team, or explore the highways of space once the Earth has exploded into smithereens with a friendly reptile alien-boy!

The Inscrutable Doctor Baer and SOFTIES are ALSO 30% off all throughout today!

Okay, this is a rad article. Last time I ran a campaign, I presented the main city as a big, nasty, Lankhmar-type place, but (mostly) ended up playing it as pretty safe and reasonable. This gives me some stuff to think about.
I decided it would be beneficial to collect my findings over the past few months with regard to AD&D towns & cities into one "master" post. I came up with a list of four themes that characterize these environments which the DM might keep in mind when running adventures there:
The Implied Setting of AD&D Towns & Cities: Four Themes
This is a topic I've been dancing around a lot for the past few months. As my observations have accumulated, I've begun to feel that it woul...

All your cringe ancient AD&D GeoCities pages are still available on the Wayback Machine, and I am reading them in 2025, and then looking up your actual present day human identity and thinking like "Yep, bet that's them. That is a person who has spent some time in Greyhawk." And I love all of you.

Might be a little weird, but I used to privately think of it as "The Sims Cycle."
