Let the meat sit in the oven for 2 hours.

If you open the oven it is over you have failed.

When you pull it out it is perfect medium rare every time

Want it more bloody take it out at an hour forty five minutes.

It is the best roast you will ever have

Take a beef roast temper it.

In a bowl lots of Pepper. Chili Flakes. Salt.

Add Olive oil and rub that shit onto your meat.

Preheat your oven to 500 degrees.

Timing is 5 Minutes per pound.

2 Pound roast 10 minutes at 500

At the end of the 10 minutes turn the oven off.

DO NOT OPEN YOUR OVEN

I was getting on the Canada Line a few weeks ago and I counted 8 cops and a K9 at the entrance at Granville and Georgia.

Nothing going on. No Event. No trouble. Hung around to see if there was something.

Nothing.

Just 8 cops standing around chatting it up.

We have no problem throwing money at cops to make sure these people are arrested.

But don't fund the cheaper alternative more bathrooms and perhaps covered spaces.

Then everyone is angry cause there is poop in the streets.

But who pooped first?

When you have no place to poop it is demoralizing to have to squat in an alley or get rejected by businesses based on your housing status.

This makes people desperate and angry and then act out like maybe kick in a door so they can go to the bathroom.

Every time you post an assault victim is possibly instantly transported to a bad place.

Call for the files but we should be sharing more support for all victims in the threads and replies.
