I will not be buying any World Cup tickets or merchandise due to FIFA’s collaboration with the Trump regime.

Gianni Infantino has a dictator fetish. It’s grotesque.
Fifa agrees World Cup matches can be moved at Trump’s request
The president has been warning host cities under Democratic control that he will call on Fifa’s president to switch venues if he deems there is a problem

Everyone is downplaying that Mar-A-Lago is a vector in the Epstein pipeline so it’s good to point this out

it is almost as if accommodating and conceding to far right ideas legitimizes them and signals to voters that the far right is a legitimate choice for governance
The Danish Social Democrats are currently on course for their worst election result since at least the Second World War, despite their brand of far-right accommodationism being touted as a blueprint for other centre-left parties.

Jim Jordan begged someone to not rat out the sexual assault that was happening at Ohio State. He was crying on the phone. Groveling. This man threw out all his dignity to try and cover for horrifying crimes of sexual abuse. Think about that for a moment.

A reminder that seven years ago almost to the day, the CIA determined that Mohammed Bin Salman ordered the killing of @washingtonpost.com journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

I hired and worked with Jamal for a year.

Speaking of enabling the 2008 GFC: in 1998/99, Summers backed the repeal of Glass-Steagall's 60+ years of regulation of banking & investment services [Epstein's "job"].

Flight records show he flew on Epstein's private plane at least 4 times, including in 1998 as Deputy Secretary of the US Treasury.

What burns as much as the disrespect and scientific illiteracy is that he thinks he's being [redacted] clever.
Even funny. And among friends who appreciate his wit.

Anyway, if I never hear about Summers again, it'll be too soon. When they write "The Decline and Fall of Harvard" it starts with him.

That soft touch avoided accountability for Khashoggi's killing, enabled the rehabilitation of MBS (in turn boosting Trump/Kushner) & meant Isr-Palestine policy was seen thru the lens of Riyadh..

Joe Biden Promised To Take On Saudi Arabia Over Jamal Khashoggi. The Saudis Won.
Biden pledged to root his foreign policy in values like human rights, but didn't apply that standard to the long and morally dubious U.S.–Saudi relationship.

Remember the recent middle-of-the-night apartment building raid where children were dragged outside naked & zip-tied in the street while black & Latino residents were _sorted by race_ and piled into separate vans while their apartments were ransacked & robbed? That raid? So it resulted in 0 arrests.

The Epstein scandal has always been a scandal about the ruling class as a whole, not one individual or political party.

Epstein trafficked not just in the bodies of the children he abused but also in social connections that could bring elites together.
Epstein’s emails are the end of America as they ruined it
If the evil banality of the world's most powerful people exposed in the Epstein emails doesn't cause a revolution, nothing will.
