The motion aims for a constructive dialogue with key stakeholders in order to address concerns about the scheme in order to strengthen it, for the benefit of the city.

The fact that Stephen thinks this is weird tells you more about Stephen than about me, or the motion, TBH.

Disappointing that Lab, Lib Dems & Tories didn't support this, but even more shocking that those parties had no alternative suggestions to address the problem. They seem content with drift & delay to our active travel schemes.
