Reminder that years ago it was found out that the FBI straight up made up a whole bunch of fake forensic sciences, plural. People have gone to jail and been executed due to literally pseudoscience.

As someone fascinated with stuff like yokai and cryptids and folk lore it kinda sucks to realize there’s a better than zero chance any one of those stories was probably the contemporary equivalent of slenderman or Jeff the killer.

I would also propose the rule that there is no good version of baby it’s cold outside that isn’t the parody version where the one singer is begging the other person to just leave already.

So here's the haul, minus a Polaroid camera. I think I might have read this run of Harley and I'm pretty sure I've read this Robocop, and I specifically picked up the Zomnibus because I've always loved the Robots vs Zombies comics but the rest I don't know.

Since it’s raining today our boss has us cleaning up some rooms in the building left vacant by someone who’d been renting the space who’s ghosted on us. Lots of weird odds and ends but /LOTS/ of comic books. I’m told they don’t mind if I skim a couple.
