My dad owned the studio where they recorded their first songs and is credited as a writer on one of their songs! It's my claim to fame once removed!

i expected giamatti to be like oh sure i watched TOS as a kid with my dad, fun show. nope! he's a fucking real one, DS9 is his favorite series, sisko his favorite captain, and he shouts out admiration for colm meaney's performance specifically. One Of Us

Left - although I agree with others that small on front, big on back would be the best

I think Nintendo doesn't actually own Pokemon, or they only have a small percentage ownership.

Did they play okay? My dad bought a player and like 50 movies from a yard sale and they all skipped horribly. He even took it to RCA for repair and it still skipped. Later on, thanks to the internet, I learned it was very common. I hoped he didn't pay too much.

They have a couple of retro Nickelodeon channels on Pluto, and they just show the same thing all day, usually Hey Arnold. And it's never You Can't Do That On Television, Pete & Pete, Clarissa Explains it All, or most of the other stuff that I'd like to see

There's already MeTV, Catchy, and probably a few other channels completely devoted to 50-70s TV.

I would say retro Nickelodeon shows from the 80s & 90s would be cool. But they already tried that with The Splat, and I'm guessing it didn't go well since they stopped

I can't imagine Nickelodeon is going to exist more than a hub on Paramount+ in a few years... That's if Paramount+ still exists and just doesn't sell all their programming to some other streaming service

I never watched this show as a kid, even though I was the right age and the humor seemed like it would be right up my ally. I think I always got this and Fifteen mixed up in my mind so I unfortunately ignored it
