BREAKING

Judge Boasberg ORDERS the Trump admin to facilitate the return of the more than 100 men spirited out of the country last year without notice or a hearing.

Plaintiffs may also submit habeas petitions from abroad, he says.

Tuesday was the ICE oversight hearing. Today was Pam Bondi’s. I watched them both for you. The bottom line: There are (mostly Democratic) members of Congress who understand how important the moment is & they are standing up and showing courage. open.substack.com/pub/joycevan...

According to DNI Gabbard, she didn't see our Whistleblower complaint until two weeks ago yet ICIG - whom she praises - told our @wbaidlaw.bsky.social client last June 2025 that DNI was provided complete submission.

So which is the truth?

This is why our client needs to speak w/Congress.

"The Professor Is in," is my attempt to step back from the news cycle and teach a bit of economics. This week: AI and the labor market. There's always more to say, but hopefully it lays out the key issues

Will AI take your job—or make you better at it? This latest episode of "The Professor Is In" analyzes how AI will shape your job prospects. Today’s wave of layoffs is being linked to AI, but most of…

I can't stop thinking about what Bezos has done to the Washington Post. But I also don't know why I & anyone else is shocked. I went undercover in an Amazon 'fulfilment centre' in 2013 and saw first-hand exactly who Bezos is.

We have all been SO naive.

When Sullivan says they don't "seem to know how to bring anything other than wide-eyed credulity to his utterances," I hear her as saying, "there may be some missing knowledge here."

Yes, missing. Not just the will or (excuse me) the balls, but a how-to part that's still under-developed.

Possible?
"The news media doesn’t seem to know how to bring anything other than wide-eyed credulity to Trump's utterances, even after all the lies and deceit of the past decade."

Great @sulliview.bsky.social takedown of coverage of "pivot" on ICE and Greenland:

Whether over "a deal" on Greenland or a "pivot" on ICE, we need far more skepticism

No. It. Is. Not.

And even if it was, immigration judges are NOT Article III judges.
Q: You're a constitutional lawyer. Can you detail the 4th Amendment protections someone has if ICE approaches their home w/an administrative warrant?

MIKE JOHNSON: When ICE goes to execute a warrant, it's issued by an immigration judge, & that is a sufficient legal authority to go apprehend someone

A year ago, two dams were opened as propaganda, spilling vital water resources into a void.

Now, it seems America is also spilling out into a void, evaporating away for absolutely no reason and nothing at all.

But we have a choice: say no to the lie.

I say no.

by the way, a defendant of the stature and credibility of Don Lemon--who 100% isn't running away anywhere -would typically be permitted to answer a summons. Arresting him and putting him in jail overnight was a gratuitous indignity--which is to say part of the point of this performative indictment.
