I’m old enough to remember when “America First” meant staying out of foreign wars & no govt overreach & protecting citizens & respecting the sanctity of life

Just so happens that ~25% of workers were unionized in 1979. Today? 10%.
As unions declined, the super-rich have taken a larger share of wealth generated by labor. We must build back union power.

This iconic Fabian Todorovic cartoon is still one of the best I’ve seen at illustrating the remarkable amount of space we surrender to cars, leaving little space left for everyone and everything else. The text added later makes the bonus point that many drivers still manage to complain about it.

Topo Trail Run. East Fork State Park, Ohio. Still running shorter races while trying to build back after 18 months of injuries. Not to mention old age and some lazy training. But, still enjoying it.

After being told by a female relative that I have TDS it was hard not to respond, “quiet piggy.” But, I couldn’t go there.

I was diagnosed with #HIV in 1998, when I was 30.
Many of my friends had died of AIDS. I did not expect to live to 50.
I’m 58 now.
HIV treatment works.
Treatment also makes it impossible for me to pass HIV on during sex.
Ensure HIV treatment for all.
End HIV stigma.
