Hing Hee clay pot rice dishes made famous by various celeb chefs visits. Just had to have my fix - chicken+mushroom, pork ribs+taro, fried oyster pancake, stir fry morning glory.
The rice needs their special soy sauce to give it its charred rice flavour - just divine!
