Horror story out of the east metro. Family passed the home inspection for a foreign exchange student. New construction home…

But when the student arrived? The family had been letting the dogs and cats use the basement as a poddy area and it was uninhabitable for the student.

On Sept 2nd I ran into Jazz Hampton at Porzana. I introduced myself to tell him that his name had been coming up a lot in my car. Seemed a little confused but I get it. Most chauffeurs stay away from political discourse and step right in it(research reasons).

Interest in Jazz has only grown since.

They aren’t rich, and those who barely survived the 90’s in dairy are now being taken out. That loss is crushing their local communities.
