シルマリルってあの世界の神話みたいなところから始まるから読むと中つ国の奥行きを感じられて大変面白いんですが、いかんせん人物関係がやや複雑で話も色んな国や一族を跨ぐので難しい。巻末の家系図必読。あれは電子より紙のほうが絶対にいい

シルマリルってあの世界の神話みたいなところから始まるから読むと中つ国の奥行きを感じられて大変面白いんですが、いかんせん人物関係がやや複雑で話も色んな国や一族を跨ぐので難しい。巻末の家系図必読。あれは電子より紙のほうが絶対にいい

一貫した物語として再構築したトゥーリンと違って、ベレンとルーシエンは初期から後期までの様々な草稿の変遷を追える編纂がされているところが魅力。ゴンドリンについては最後まで語った草稿が初期草稿しかなく、それはHoMe2巻かこの単行本ゴンドリンでしか読めない。
