Rachel Reeves says this Labour Governments decisions are "necessary."

Why is it always necessary to hit the living standards of the 99%?

When are we going to make the necessary decisions about extreme wealth?

On Wednesday, 4th December, 1.30 UK time, I will give a talk about how the rapid expansion of Freeports, SEZs, and AI Growth Zones represents a pathway toward charter-city style governance, of which Forest City in Suffolk may be an early test case.

It’s a pity that Starmer, Reeves and co haven’t followed Denmark’s other policies. They tax capital gains up to 42% vs Britain’s top rate of 28%. This funds free university and excellent public services, providing the world’s second highest standard of living.

Labour has just betrayed its 2024 manifesto completely
When push comes to shove Labour will sell out anyone to protect their jobs and the white colonialist infrastructure the UK is built on

Here @hcrichardson.bsky.social sets out the “peace plan” the US and Russia have carved out which completely sells out Ukraine, Europe and the world.

What Trump has capitulated to Putin is sickening - I despair for the Ukrainian people - what a frightening place the world is because of Trump.

A relative told me his idol was Nigel Farage because of his stance on immigration. Apparently he is concerned about “Muslims - particularly the grooming gangs because 90% of child abuse is by Muslim people”. I told him he had his facts wrong and his remarks were racist.

This is down to Nigel.
Cruel. Callous. Cowardly.

The public are seeing this Labour government for exactly who they are.

We all have a responsibility to make them pay at the ballot box.

Reject the hate. Reject them.

This is not who we are. Let's make hope normal again.

Removing asylum support. Seizing belongings. Deporting entire families, including children.

Labour are not just paving the path to a Reform government. Reform may as well already be in power.

This government has no moral compass — and it should be ashamed of its inhumanity.

This is essential. Politics - media - business - enough manipulation please. People must be treated with respect and dignity. They need to have access to impartial and honest information.

If everyone understood #unityconsciousness - it would be an absolute no brainer.

The profits we are paying to corporations and private finance who are delivering public services should be openly published. The UK people need to know how much of their taxes are making profits and not being assigned to help people.
This government is considering introducing more private finance into our NHS.

They're promising to learn from past mistakes about PFI, but this promise has been made time and time again.

Sign our petition and tell them you don't want any more private finance in the NHS. Link in the first comment.

A friend of a friend bought shares in a care company - in 5 years they exited and I was told their profit was in the millions. That same company paid their workers minimum wage and charged the local authority a fortune for the work referred by them.
Private companies operating care services in just three regions of England made £250m profits in 3 years,

£87.7m of profits went to care providers owned by private equity controlled from tax havens.

Profits mean money buys less. Higher taxes for less service.

Say NO to privatisation.

More than third of profits analysed went to firms owned by private equity or based in tax havens, research finds

I watched @zackpolanski.bsky.social on Sky this morning and it’s still so refreshing to see his conviction and ability to come back on what have been perennial challenges to his arguments. There are now several broadcasters who may not agree but have voiced their respect. Keep going Zack!
Cheers!

We don't have to agree on absolutely everything.

But want lower bills? Think billionaires should pay more tax?

Of all policies this “privatisation by stealth’ is one of the most frightening. Giving power to corporates is exactly why our USA family is being subjected to the “coup” by project 25 - more power - more cash for the big corps.
November 9, 2025 at 8:49 AM
Another attempt to squeeze as much free labour as possible from “the workers”. But it will backfire - the workers who make businesses and corporations rich must have a parity of reward - after all they are the wealth makers too.
Blair wants to ban workers rights.
Join the dots
The nationwide rollout of Freeports, SEZs, and AI Growth Zones are carve outs where different laws and regulations apply separately from the host country.

We must tackle wealth inequality but without teaching our children how they can shape their own reality despite challenges or setbacks experienced in their lives it will not be long lived. We must teach children how they can reprogram using neuro plasticity and love. #loveistheanswer

It wasn’t until I undertook my degree that I truly understood critical thinking/enquiry and writer bias - school didn’t equip me adequately for this. So this is excellent news and they need to start in primary school!
School pupils are to be taught how to tackle conspiracy theories, spot 'fake news' & root out misinformation. The Daily Mail, ajudged by Wikipedia to be an unreliable new source, is furious. You don't have to be Sherlock Holmes to work out why.

And suddenly we feel hopeful. There are people who want to embrace our diversity - have a society where all can live their best lives - create opportunity - raise everyone above the “just living to survive” ethos.

May the momentum continue. #loveistheanswer
