Every time a new Trump scandal breaks (and there are like 5 a day) there are a ton of seemingly smart but alarmist people saying "Why aren't the Democrats talking about this?" but Elizabeth Warren and AOC often are so why are you only paying attention to the (always disappointing) men?

What if, and I’m just spit-ballin here, we built more housing AND banned private equity from owning them.
"Private equity is causing the housing crisis" is a very common take that mixes up cause and effect. Single-family homes are an attractive investment vehicle for private equity because there's a shortage of them, not the other way around.
