where they talked about their feelings. One of their most memorable moments was the forehead touch in the second to last battle.

It's been a while since I saw C2 so I might be misremembering details but yeah. I enjoyed their steady slow burn.

That said, I still want at least two things to not change.

A: Jester and Essek's friendship since it was her kindness that helped him warm up to the party.

B: Caleb and Essek's slow romance. I really enjoyed their small moments that lead to something more. If I recall, there wasn't a huge moment

Fans are worried about the changes they'll make for the Mighty Nein campaign, but I'm not really concerned. All the characters were played by them for years so anything they change is something they wanted. With the experience of LOVM, I'm pretty sure they picked up some tricks for adaptations.

Tiny look at my work for the day one prompt - Cooking

YuriAshe and a cooking contest

"Tasty stuff, Ashe. I'm impressed."

"Oh, thank you," he replied absently. On a closer look, Yuri realized Ashe was looking at the sandwich in his hands and not at him.

Yuri gave Ashe a spoon and pushed the soup bowl closer to him. "Here, have some of this before you eat."

Surely his cooking partner would appreciate a basic, but delectable dish. It was a simple recipe, but it never failed to make him smile anytime his mother made this soup on a rainy day. Anytime he felt down about having to spend the day indoors, this soup had always been the saving grace of what would have been a gloomy day.

Ashe took a spoonful and hummed with delight. "This is good!" Yuri smirked as he stood a little taller. "But, I think it's missing something." That triumphant smile disappeared as a scowl took it's place.

"Give me that." He snatched Ashe's spoon out of his hand helped himself to a small sip.

Hmm. It certainly tasted like onion soup, but it wasn't at all like the previous times he made it. All the seasoning was there, but Ashe was right. There should be something else in here. But what?
