Just finished Cobra Kai. Bunch of cheesy old nonsense, yet at the same time a thoroughly enjoyable martial arts soap opera that (sometimes) tackles toxic masculinity but mostly tackles the righteousness of kicking wankers in the face.

Striking how much of the vile anti-Zohran campaign has mirrored 2016's anti-Sadiq campaign, including the claim that all women would be in burqas within a year (hasn't happened in London yet!) Just pray he receives less open assassination threats...

Took my (very nearly) teenage nephew to the fireworks today and it was an *education*. Apparently the youth refer to football shithousery as "Brexiting" which I found hilarious.

I genuinely find this very worrying, as someone with settled status! sure, Lam probably won't be home secretary tomorrow, but the mood music is changing, you can feel it, and I just don't trust Labour to fight like hell on our behalf, so unclear where this is going to go
