I do each exercise in a set for 40 seconds each, and then the next round it'a for 30, and then the final round 20. I repeat for each set.

I just looked around on YouTube till I found a workout I liked, so there may be other formats 😊

Shouting about time drop workouts as they've made working out soooo much easier for me!!!

I always struggled with the next set (can I do this again?!?!?), but knowing the time has dropped makes it so much easier. ✨
