This is what ICE does every day. Hunt little kids who are here legally. They get sent to a place called the “baby jail” in Texas. Very little of it ends up on video like this. But it’s routine. And disgusting.

Devastated to learn that Univ of Texas at Austin is closing the American Studies dept. The years I spent there earning my PhD were formative, making me the teacher, thinker, and writer I am today. I've passed on what I learned at UT to thousands of students over the past 20 years. Just awful.

I think we are going to have a Democratic-controlled Senate.
And all we will need for the leadership of that Democratic Senate to do is hold actual, real, impeachment trials.

Any form of voter suppression always benefits the effort with the least popular agenda.
GOP just wants a low vote count, like in TX. It's easier for them to reduce the voters at the polls than it is to make their efforts not suck.
