We have one the last couple of years - it costs a fraction of what a petrol or diesel car would to run. I agree it will never catch on.

Tullibardine Chapel is 3.5 miles from Gleneagles station. Built by one of the wealthiest families in Scotland. The Murray's founded Tullibardine chapel around 1446 as a place of private worship and burial. It features in my cycle route to Drummond Castle: bit.ly/2pjOEfl

The rather beautiful Drymen Parish Church to the north of Glasgow. The central section was built in the 1770s, while the porch on the left and the stair tower on the right were added in the late 19th Century.

A splendid cold walk to Fiddlers Gill to see the fab but rusting Victorian #Braidwood Telescope! Once part of the now long-gone Lanark Observatory, its optics are safe at the Lanark Museum. Sadly I see no hope in restoring this beauty tho, that's been long-abandoned in this field ☹️ #histsci 🔭🏴
