Concept art of Dopey warning us to "Beware of the Witch" in the original Snow White's Adventures ride, along with the actual scene. I prefer the piece where he's in the rafters holding a lantern. Great use of shadow. #SnowWhiteAndTheSevenDwarfs

While it’s not *technically* a Halloween item - it seems like a good time to share Popsicle’s Fear Factor Pop-Ups. There were two different flavors: sour cherry with gumball eyes and watermelon with sour lemon blood. (2006)

Tony's Cinnamon Krunchers (2003-2006): Hexagonal cereal pieces with a texture that could best be described as "flat Crispix", covered in a cinnamon-sugar dusting that Tony the Tiger himself boasted would not wash off in milk

For the record (and proof of AI art as pure nonsense) here's a photo of the five Marx Brothers, c. 1957

By the end of the 90s, McDonaldland character-themed Happy Meals had been almost entirely replaced with licensed properties. But, in the Asia-Pacific market, they were still getting incredible toys like GRIMACE THE RODEO RIDER!

Fanart Fridays!

My interpretation of the N64 Super Smash Bros commercial back in the late 90s/early 2000s.

Enjoy!

Watched #Fixed and really enjoyed it! Not sure what all the pearl-clutching has been about. It's a raunchy comedy about dogs, and proud of it. We could use some more crass adult animated films, especially with such great artwork to back them up! There's some great linework on display!
Did you ever wonder what this horrifying creature from #AnAmericanTail is? The one we see for a few seconds munching on cockroaches? I always figured it was a pike of some sort, but according to the continuity script, it is a "sewer slug." Either way, classic #DonBluth horror.

These fabulous fellows dropped by our studio recently for minor repairs and a cleanup. This is the original “park statue” prop from Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride in Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom in Orlando. The attraction opened in 1971 and closed forever in 1998, already almost thirty years ago.

Spotted this window filled with toy trains on Main Street.

I appreciate that not every window is filled with current-day merchandise. It's good to have shop windows whose sole purpose is for storytelling.🚂

Anyone know any tidbits about this lovely window at Disneyland?
