If ICE doesn't comply with the law now, why in the world would Jeffries think that ICE will comply with any guardrails or restrictions they write into any new funding legislation? It's just baffling that Dem leadership is still living in a world that thinks ICE respects the rule of law.

It shows protesters -- on the sidewalk, impeding no one -- getting drive-by maced by an ICE agent from a truck as it rolls away down the road.
Hard to see how such tactics are justifiable.
