I saw an early screening of No Other Choice last night. Pretty good! Direction and acting is impeccable. The movie is juggling a lot of balls between the family drama, social commentary, and thriller/suspense stuff that never quite fully comes together, but it’s entertaining and quite funny.

There’s a larger thread to discuss regarding the ways international borders are breaking down a bit on internet content. An American financial institution bullying Japanese companies, a UK law forcing age verification measures globally, a German law dictating how a U.S. site operates, etc.
So this is fucked.. Cloudflare is going after Gelbooru using German laws to enforce content restrictions on a server in the United States. I don't know about you, but this is fucked.
