Just seen the first property I bought in 1995 is on the market
I bought it for £52k with a £3.5k deposit, at the time I was earning £23k so 2 and a bit times my salary.
It’s on the market today for £370K, unless you’re earning over £120k you ain’t buying that flat now

I gave avowed a decent run out. It's really poor. It has no redeeming qualities at all.
I'm quite happy it was on gamepass and didn't pay anything extra for it.
