And don't get me wrong, I still love Undertale, but to me the most interesting things about Undertale are the things you rarely or never see when you play the game.

My imagination runs so wild trying to piece things together and I get so many fun ideas for stories out of it... I love it.

I've honestly been rethinking this a lot as of late, and I think I just don't like he GAME Undertale, the world however is so much more interesting.

The Alarm Cock Dialogue, The Q&A's, The Console Exclusive Stuff, the 10 Year Anniversary, etc. I suppose UTY applies to that too I guess.

I think the reason why I don't like Undertale as much as Deltarune or even Undertale Yellow is because of its heavy focus on YOU the player.

Not in a "I don't like 4th wall breaks" type way but in the way that the characters literally exist to serve you.

Not enough people are talking about the weird canon limbo state that the room under Sans and Papyrus' Sink is in, I normally wouldn't put too much thought into it if it wasn't in Sans and Papyrus' house, and I know its tied to some Gaster shit but I can't prove it.

Also a friend pointed out to me that after chapter 4, Kris and Susie might go to Asgore's to sleep, since the school is probably locked and Susie met Asgore earlier so it makes sense logically, even if Asgore doesn't have much.

It's the kind of thing where if this all was a fake out, it would have to be the best thing ever written for most people to not feel at least a little betrayed. And as much as I love Toby, I don't know if he would be capable of that.

I just realized how much set up there is for chapter 5 being focused around Toriel, Asgore, and Sans. Since chapter 1 and 2 there's been optional moments with them, but chapter 4 has both the first mandatory Toriel and Sans interaction, but also mandatory setup for Susie meeting Asgore too...
