I tell her about my daughter, as we walk into the hospital she says she'll show me the back way, I joke that I don't even know the main way there. Next thing I know we are right in the ER at the nurses station and she explains what's going on. Never did get her name, but thank you.

Trying to remember that there is good in the world. My daughter had a medical issue yesterday. I had to leave work in uniform and go to a hospital I'm not familiar with to meet her. As I get there I talk to a lady and the reason for the visit comes up.

A school near where I work had, what I assume, was their Terry Fox run in September. When I drove by they had older students at all the major turns to make sure the kids went the right way. The older kids all had signs made up and were really hyping up the younger ones. Made this old guy smile.

Our dog does that to my wife if she gets up in the evening. My cat prefers to curl up by my side when I’m on the computer.

Love that idea. I do t know any indigenous people to get one from. The only poppy I normally wear is the indigenous one that you can get from the Canex. I like it better than the ones you get from the legions.

Went for coffee and a snack at a local coffee shop. Love the tradition they do, while they are open on a holiday, it’s thanksgiving here in Canada. It’s the owner and their family that work. They give their employees the day off to be with their families.

I went digging in some old photos tonight. Found a photo from my NATO cruise in 2006. It was from a day trip we took to Beaumont Hammel. Got to see Vimy Ridge as well but it was getting restored so the monument was under wraps. Hope to get back in a couple of years.

So Trump will declare war on both Norway and Venezuela to show he should have been awarded the peace prize. I think the committee was trolling Trump.

The main issue is when people modify the batteries especially for e bikes. For phones, don’t charge them on the bed or under the pillow. For bikes keep them out of the pathway you’d use to get out of your house or apartment.
