It occurs to me that this needs context. I'm a child of the 80s. Okay, for folks who weren't alive then? Imagine every accusation lobbed at trans people today, and that's literally, word for word, what was lobbed at gay people in the 80s.
Psst. Most of my leading characters are bi. Literally the only reason Daniel Faust isn't explicitly bi is because he has two gay adoptive dads and I was afraid people would use that as a "look, letting gays adopt kids turns them queer" flex.

Castaways Book Three has finished the first editing pass! We're moving on to line edits and things are good. Editor liked it a lot (and it's his job to tell me when he doesn't like something), so that's a good sign. I need to revise the climax a lil' bit, reminding me of how awesome editors are.
