Since July, I've tracked at least 2,300 cases in which federal judges have ruled ICE has illegally detained people without bond or due process.

This is insane. The infrastructure was built. Upkeep costs are trivial. If we are going to make someone pay money we should give them the ability to pay it. What a fricken sham!

I am happy with the results so far tonight, but I am tempering the feeling of victory by acknowledging that Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, are hardly red stronghold states. And it is an off year. And DT is not on the ballot. Am I missing something, are the margins THaT much better?

Can someone who understands WAR explain his season with Padres and his last season when compared amd what stats warrant higher WAR in last season despite fewer innings and better stats across most of the board with SD? Was the league better that year maybe?
