We probably disagree about Palestine, UFOs, Bernie Sanders, pizza, religion, ghosts, alternative medicine, Malört, immigration, comic book writer Tom King, traffic calming, and/or pit bulls
I look forward to Cori Bush ending her campaign early due to a lack of donations and volunteers.

you don't understand. as someone who isn't inherently good at art, stealing paintings from the museum is the *only* way i'm able to express myself creatively. i wouldn't be able to paint beautiful portraits. but by breaking into a museum and stealing the paintings, now i am
15 rolls into this Triple Yahtzee game and I already have four Yahtzees!
I don't get why people skip the real No Kings rally downtown to instead hold signs at Grand and Arsenal.
The Dead Milkmen's cover of "Baby's on Fire" is a beautifully sarcastic homage!
I like to think I'm Mr. Mime, but I'm probably more of a Slaking.
Is there a heterosexual-to-bisexual conversion therapy? I feel like a lot of people could benefit from that. Really open up the options, ya know?
Why not just add a tax on electricity that only impacts extremely high-consumption facilities like datacenters, and use that revenue to subsidize electricity costs for all other consumers?
I'm not a proponent of capital punishment in the US, but these prisoner swaps justify it in Israel.
Realistically, that would require enough critical thinking skill to preclude one from becoming a neo-Nazi in the first place, but it's fun to imagine, like when my cats watch TV and I imagine that they're invested in the stories.
I like to imagine that somewhere out there, a neo-Nazi watched how the media handled the Israel—Hamas War, and thought "huh, maybe they DON'T control the media."

“Sauve qui peut”. This is a French phrase that translates literally to something like "save yourself who's able/can" and roughly equates to “run for your life!” or “every man for himself!”, indicating a chaotic or dangerous situation/stampede. Postcard from my collection, no date/info.

It's amazing! Upgrading mayors completely fixed trash pickup for my block! Under TJ, it was terrible. Now, it's totally fine. Night and day!

Wild how switching from "mayor who made her supporters feel woke" to "mayor who is competent" fixes stuff that actually matters in real life!
Humans and giraffes have the same number of neck vertebrae, but penguins have about twice as many!
I grew up during the Jocks—Nerds culture war, so it feels weird to me that there is now a big overlap of fans of comic books and pro wrestling. But I guess it makes sense. They're both soap operas starring musclemen with capes, masks, and codenames.

I saw this racist bullshit coming the second our classrooms switched from blackboards to whiteboards.
The options were Incremental Progress or Radical Decline and the former just wasn't good enough. 🤷‍♂️
Remember when the Left wasted 8 years whining that "Obamacare sucks," "Deporter in chief" this, "drones" that, cryin' about AAA and how Obama didn't do gay marriage fast enough?

Meanwhile Republicans were sweeping their way into power and laying the groundwork for where we are now.

I remember.
There are a lot of good petitions going around right now in MO!

In addition to the two I'm circulating, I hear there's also one to re-legalize abortion again, and yet another to overturn MO's gay marriage ban (which will matter when SCOTUS overturns Obergefell v. Hodges).
