He/him. Kid at heart, nice dude, animation buff and proud fan of all things Disney, Peanuts, Muppets, anime and Nintendo.
I've always viewed Thanksgiving as a transitional period between the two big holidays. So for Thanksgiving Dinner, I'll give myself one last taste of the Halloween season before committing to Christmas. 😊

From the 1987 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade...

Special Jim Henson appearance? Brilliant.

Kermit watching his own balloon? Exquisite.

Hot mic small talk? Priceless.

Jim & Willard Scott had a history together going back to the 1950s, when they both worked at the same D.C. NBC affiliate…

Alice in Wonderland is getting a 4K remaster. The classic film from Walt Disney Animation Studios will reveal a new restoration at the 2026 TCM Classic Film Festival. I hope we get to see it soon on Blu-ray because the remasters of Cinderella and Snow White were so good.

A lot of people celebrating "Toy Story" and its impact today and one thing I will never forget about seeing the movie on original release is the opening logo. Seeing the familiar Disney castle rendered like this blew me away.

30 years ago today, Pixar released their first feature film. And with it's blend of innovative CGI animation, witty humor and heartfelt themes of purpose and belonging, it went on to become the film that took animation to infinity and beyond. Happy 30th anniversary to Toy Story! 😊

If this trailer is any indication, Hoppers has potential to be one of the most unabashedly unhinged mainstream animated films ever released. And it's for that reason why I'm very hyped for this! 😊🦎https://youtu.be/PypDSyIRRSs?si=-98Lh6CeYCOtuf0V

Seeing how Andrew Stanton wrote and directed WALL-E, which tapped into similar tech-focused themes, I have complete trust in Andrew with approaching this in the nuanced way Pixar has always done.
Andrew Stanton says ‘TOY STORY 5’ is about how “nobody’s really playing with toys anymore.”

“Technology has changed everybody’s lives, but we’re asking what that means for us — and to our kids. We can’t just get away with making tech the villain.”

In "Peanuts," Lucy first yanked the football away from Charlie Brown on November 16, 1952. This wasn’t the first time the football had been yanked away from him—Violet holds that honor. But from this strip onward, Lucy was the culprit behind one of the strip’s most beloved recurring gags.

It is interesting to consider that some of the most beloved cinematic classics were either a modest success back in their day or underperformed at the box office.

Thanks to home media and even television broadcasts, they became re-evaluated and garnered the classic status that they have today.

Happy anniversary to Joe Dante’s cult classic, “Looney Tunes Back in Action” (2003). Despite the film’s troubled production and box office underperformance, it is still one of the more faithful #LooneyTunes movies made.

In anticipation for Coyote vs. ACME, it is highly encouraged to check it out.
