not gonna put a number on it but it’s nice to see some progress in the gym 🩷 I did hardcore diet and exercise when I did pageants but it was awful and I was miserable and still hated my body even when I was at my thinnest. it’s nice to feel strong (even if im still using baby weights comparatively)
