Working on a basket now. It’s getting pretty hard. I’m having to count more than 10 at this point. Please send help!

A multicolor crochet spiral in blues, greens grays with flecks of yellow. Binder clips attached to the edges and a crochet hook in one of the rings. It’s the base for the crochet basket.

My teenager said he hated me today and he wasn’t going to talk to me ever again. He also talked to me the whole way home after saying that. I’m not sure when he’s going stop talking to me but I’ll keep you updated.

Keep getting emails that say, “will I vote democrat?” I’m considered an overseas voter. If I don’t fill out the forms to register (for the year) 2 months before an election I’m not going to be able to vote in the election. The process takes too long! Oversea voters have to reregister every year.

9 year old burnt himself (lightly) on the pan. He was not making pancakes. 😂

9 year old has his pancakes and is singing while he eats them.

Some context: he’s never made pancakes in his life so there is no way this could go wrong.

Does any other writer or artist have the problem of finding a scrap piece of paper to scribble on? I mean I have a ton of paper, but using that paper to see if a pen works, or to jot down a note about an appointment feels like a waste. Is this just me?

Finished it! Got it done last night. Are there things I wish I had done differently? Yep. Still done. Embroidered his name on it today. He’s really happy with his pencil case.

Im driving my kid to school and I see some teens walking away from the school 10 minutes before they go. I ask my teen where they are going.

Teens: Are they white girls? White girls are always getting coffee. Especially if they are blonde.

I mean, he’s not wrong. 😂
