This is delusional. You can't support a hospital on only an ER - they're not the profit center of a hospital! ERs take enormous charity care losses due to EMTALA and have to be cross-subsidized by more profitable service areas.

I don't have experience with their decaf blends but the Guatemalan beans tend to be my favorites. I'm pretty sure you can get Hippie Blend in decaf which is a decent blend.
