King of Atlantis. I reside within 2 worlds. This realm plays baseball and rap music. Well below sea level. International Baseball tournaments and Emcees with bars is my wheelhouse. I don't do "Top 5's", not in baseball nor Hip Hop.
Good for Robert. I'm glad he got rewarded with good money stemming from his peak years he spent with San Diego. Go get the bag kid.

I cant remember the last time I saw a movie 3 times in the theatre. I copped a fitted that was designed with Sammie in mind. This movie's writing was extremely layered which was the main draw for me, along with cinematography, wardrobe, music, score, and of course, acting.
What was the movie of 2025? According to our critic A.A. Dowd, it was Sinners and it's not even close. Yet Hollywood's power brokers tried to downplay it, maybe because Black directors and stars are still considered "risky" bets in the movie biz, against all evidence.

The Hit Hollywood Didn’t Want - The American Prospect
Ryan Coogler’s bloodsucker blockbuster is all about Black creative freedom. No wonder the industry saw it as a threat.

Nah. No cuts exist of the full performances. It was partly done to spark interest in fans wanting to come & attend live tapings. Gotta remember they didn't have live performances until the 2nd season. At the end of shows, the cast would just dance to the theme song.
I have a question that I think only @dartadams.bsky.social might be able to answer. Im watching old In Living Color episodes. Is there somewhere we can see the musical acts that played during the end credits not get cut off? Ive seen a couple acts that I wish had the whole performance

That NBA combine f*cked Miles Byrd up. He is in his own head now about what he has to "fix" to get to the NBA. He aint gonna win shit with that attitude for the Aztecs. Yeah he got skills but so did Mickey Williams.

Roki Sasaki attended a baseball clinic yesterday for children affected by the Noto earthquake. A wonderful decision from the player who has seen too much tragedy.

A reminder. If not for the Hall of Fame's decision to shorten player eligibility on the BBWAA ballot from 15 years to 10 years Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens likely would already be in the Hall.

That change from 15 to 10 happened soon after Bonds and Clemens joined the ballot.

Go falcons!
When I was a kid, Larry Bird & Patrick Ewing were the biggest names in basketball in Boston—and Patrick Ewing was the #1 high school player in the nation at Cambridge Rindge & Latin while getting ready to play in his 4th straight Boston Shootout. Pat outranked this dude from NC named Michael Jordan.
Happy 69th Birthday to the legendary, Larry Bird 🏀🎂🥳 #LarryLegend
