Corporations were invented to be tools of kings and the rich. What we have now is even worse, more corrupt, more supportive of the greedy rich. We can reform business. Here are some things we can do:

Treat all limited liability business the same: corporations, LLCs, LLPs, whatever.

America's elections problems are a result of the failure of those who drafted the Constitution to deal with partisanship and its consequences. The result is:
- too much election spending
- partisan gerrymandering
- political duopoly
- plurality winners
- inability/unwillingness to reform

We must not kick ourselves over reforms we failed to accomplish in the past. Most of these problems of injustice in our nation existed before the American Revolution, were parts of the culture that we took from the English, and still have failed to reject.

Let's start with voting and elections.
