A judge ruled deploying national guard to Portland would be unconstitutional. Another judge needs more information to determine if deployment to Chicago is acceptable- but didn't stay the actual deployment. It's constitutional wack-a-mole unleashed by SCOTUS, while equal protection evaporates.

It was truly a great day with lots of young people learning about our fishes and other aquatic species, doing some dip netting of their own and even trying out kayaking! Can’t wait to do it all again next year!
