Glad to hear that Samir Zitouni has left hospital. Twenty years as a train worker in Britain, he was an onboard caterer who stepped up heroically to resist a stabbing attack, saving many lives and risking his own.

I'll defend BBC News against the accusation that they are hostile to the far right. I'm sure Nigel Farage will give thanks to BBC News for building the platform for his career when no one else would give him, a no one with no voter base, the time of day. The BBC saw his potential. It paid dividends.
