My rage has been Out. Of. Control. of Late.

I can blame the Cocwomble shtshow; but in that, there is no challenge to “be better”.

Can’t change others, but I can change how I PERCEIVE THEM.

My health & wellbeing is more important to me.

Encourage yourself to feel the full experience; body experience of rage and what’s happening in the body.

You’ll begin to see it’s not just a thought, but is an entire body experience; allow yourself to “be” with the experience.

Someone’s rage can be triggered by something minor, ending in a huge explosion.

Just as healthy anger expresses itself, does its job and is gone; with rage, the more it explodes the bigger it gets.
It recruits more brain circuits into its service.

Later as an adult something triggers inside you causing you to uncontrollably explode out of control, so now it’s not a healthy response to the present moment, it’s a response to the past.

Children whose boundaries were infringed as a child and unable to express it at the time, suppresses that anger slowly creating an inner volcano.
Suppressing the rage becomes a survival mechanism but it never leaves.
