So... Do any Americans honestly believe the shit they used to pedal about the US being the best country in the world? I mean, it never was, but before Trump they could at least pretend, right?

Great to see. That's the way it should be. To hell with this populist MAGA approach to governance. Steele should be recalled.

not only unconstitutional, but also undermines the administrative autonomy of the courts”

The Canadian Bar Association has written to Danielle Smith about her threats.

UPDATE: @dropsitenews.com has obtained the very graphic video from the lady in the pink coat, which shows ICE executing yet another person in broad daylight:

Fuck ICE, MAGA, Republicans, and anyone who voted for Trump. History will not be kind.

Super proud of our PM. What a brilliant speech.

Screw all these guys. Thankfully, I don't do business with US companies, anymore.
Fortune 500 companies that have contracts with ICE:

-Amazon
-AT&T
-Booz Allen Hamilton
-Caci
-Charter Communications
-Comcast
-Dell
-Ecolab
-FedEx
-General Dynamics
-L3Harris
-Motorola
-Thermo Fisher
-UPS

Know who profits from Trump's cruelty.

Fuck ICE. And all MAGA. Anyone who supports the Republican Party or Trump. Fuck you.

I feel like I'm behind with my quota of "Fuck you, Trump, ICE, MAGAz Republicans, and all other associated assholes."

This is happening in Chicago. If you’re not familiar with the South Shore neighborhood, it’s about 3 miles from where the Obamas still have a home. They had their wedding reception in the South Shore Cultural Center (my parents too).

Who knew 1940s Germany was only miles away from where we live.

Damn right. You got what you voted for. No need for us to support that shit show.

Not hard to see the modern versions in the MAGA movement, or the cowardly GOP bootlickers.
Every few months now I re-read this "Who Goes Nazi?" piece from 1941 and am blown away by how it captures the people we are dealing with 80 years later.

Bang on. Important read.
Indeed.

But in the end, few recall precisely the days January 30 (when Hitler became Chancellor), February 27 (Reichstag fire), March 22 (Dachau opened), March 23 (Enabling Act passed)—they just remember 1933.

Likewise, everyone will remember 2025.
The precise moment when and where in recent weeks America crossed that invisible line from democracy into authoritarianism can and will be debated by future historians, but it’s clear that the line itself has been crossed. www.doomsdayscenario.co/p/america-ti...

Canada was on the front lines in fighting fascism. Those that came home rarely spoke about what they had seen and what they had done to free other people from tyranny.
