Cooper Flagg's won everywhere he's been. The wins haven't been coming in Dallas, and though he's played well, losing has been an adjustment for the first overall pick. www.pressherald.com/2025/11/24/i...

Cooper Flagg on the mood after two disappointing losses:

"I don't think it was great, if I can speak for myself. I know I'm kicking myself & I'm obviously not happy. I'm a little upset. I'm just a competitor. I love to win and I want to win as many games as possible. It's not a great start."

Tonight was the first time I've seen Cooper Flagg look like he was behind the pace. Defenders closed in on him, broke up his passes, poked the ball away from him.

But he recovered, adjusted, and flashed the game we've been seeing. Finished with 10 and 10. Got bold and attacked. He'll be fine.

Cal Ripken too, in 1996.
Rafael Devers is in the Giants lineup. He would become the first player since Justin Morneau in 2008 to play in 163 games. Before that it was Hideki Matsui in 2003.

Jim Rice did it in 1978.

Spillane is giving me Monty Beisel flashbacks.
By contrast, #Patriots LB Robert Spillane missed 5 tackles in Miami and fellow LB Christian Elliss whiffed 3 times, per PFF.

Through 2 weeks, Spillane and Elliss have combined for 14 missed tackles. Inside linebacker play has been a big problem early on.
