To be very clear, that lady in the NYT article is not making any money with her hundreds of AI slop books.
She makes money by *convincing people* she makes money that way and getting them to pay her to teach them how to do it.

Talent is a myth. Curiosity and perseverance are what get you where you want to be.
- everyone has to draw bad to get good
- if you can't pay an artist, resorting to the machine that used their work to source its output is just theft
