I don’t know. Once I was immigrant in Czech Republic and I wasn’t able to vote in nationwide elections until I became citizen. When I had a permanent residency visa I was able to vote in local elections. When I had just long term visa I wasn’t able to vote at all. I think it is totally fair.

Russian forces struck a bus carrying miners in the town of Ternivka, according to the regional military administration. The attack killed civilians traveling to work. Initial reports said 12 people were killed and 7 injured. An update later confirmed the death toll had risen to 15.
