As it turns out the peg actually attaches to PC13, which has a 3.7×1.3mm rectangular hole; I found out today you can get .45mm styrene sheets at Lowes for less than $5

a lot of people are finally waking up to the importance of the 3rd amendment. As a 3A absolutist, i think it should be illegal for soldiers to be quartered anywhere in this country. they should be camping under the open sky at all times. all military bases and barracks are unconstitutional.

Finished conceptualizing this kitbash, I don't know why but it looks so much more like a Gundam to me than the Ground Type. Maybe I'll try to put together a Mobile Suit Skirmish league or something #gundam #gunpla

Hey nice I was looking at the Zudah's hip piece and the ball joint for its legs is the same size as the one for the Gouf's torso, I was gonna cut those off and attach pegs for the Portanova's legs anyway, love being able to repurpose chemically identical plastic

I was thinking about how goddamn cool the GM Camouf looks and since I don't have any use for my Zudah skirt otherwise I think I'm gonna use that on my Portagouf

The GM Camouf from some UC series I can't remember off the top of my head, a Zeon mobile suit built explicitly for war crimes. It's got a Zudah waist, more or less.

Might be more prudent to get some 1.25mm and 1mm sheets and cut the section out for the 1mm, it seems to be about a 3×2.5mm rectangle inside the 1.3mm block

Double gatling won't be a direct swap hard 'cause the attaching pieces aren't symmetric, but you can technically put the grappling line on either arm, or both if you get two kits, (Michael's seems to have them right now, and the Heavyarms if you wanna get real spicy with it)

The connector for the tri-barrel gun is basically a 3.6×1.3mm hexahedron, with a section on one corner that's 0.9mm. I think I can make it work with some 1mm styrene and a 0.15mm wire wrap

Pro tip, you can really easily put the old style Zeon shoulder pads on a Portanova's with a section of runner, and also the Gouf Custom at least has all the right joints to be a very basic parts swap, aside from the gun and shield. Gonna have to get creative with those
