Dozens of people huddled together on a wet and windy Wednesday night at Skagit Riverwalk Park to hold a vigil for those killed by ICE or who died in their custody.
One of Seattle’s biggest employers, Amazon, announced it was laying off 16k employees. Coupled with job cuts announced last fall, it’s the largest round of layoffs in company history.
