I know of more places to get burritos here than I do Swedish cuisine. Mind you, the burritos are all TERRIBLE, but many options for them do exist. 😂

To be fair... Most of the younger Swedish people I have met here also dunk on Swedish food, in some cases calling it "food for old people". 🤷‍♀️

I find it hard to form an opinion because there seems to be a lack of restaurants in the area serving Swedish food for me to even take visitors to.

*Someday* I will do a write up on Animal Wars, a game we worked on at Factor 5 that was heavily inspired by Porco Rosso.

A game that Sony declared they were afraid of it being another Shadow of the Colossus, because they saw that as a bad thing. 🙃

I should do a gallery post of my oldhammer 2nd era Eldar. My focus then was more on individual models rather than an army, but I have some fun stuff there - like a Janet Jackson inspired exarch... 😁

It was 2nd edition era that I originally bought the bit from mail service - wanted to do a Dark Reaper themed exarch. Exarchs were complete cheese, but so many fun conversion possibilities. It just took me 30 years to get to it. 😅

Not mad though - still love it as a centerpiece to my army display.

This is the centerpiece of my miniature collection - a massive Biel-Tan Warhost! I started this particular army in 2014 with the express goal of painting quickly to a tabletop standard.

Flashback Feb 2022 - GW unveiled the Serpent Scale for Aeldari Guardians with retro callback to the original epic Wave Serpent. I loved it and had some of those metal old bits... and so I made a couple of "old school" versions. 😎

Finally... I held onto this old Dark Elf Man O War ship prow for AGES, wanting to someday build a jetbike conversion around it. Finally made this Autarch on a Skyrunner last year - just in time for GW to remove it as a codex option! 😭

While no Biel-Tan force would be complete without plenty of representation from the Aspect Shrines! I still have new Warp Spiders, Fire Dragons, Swooping Hawks, and Phoenix Lords to be painted. And someday, perhaps an Avatar of Khaine.

Got the Aeldari figure from Warhammer+ just to immediately commit heresy and put it on a more playable base! 😂

Also picked up the ranger figure from the Blackstone set because it is lovely. Hope to find painting time soon...
