My thoughts today are with the security people and police officers who defended the Capitol on January 6 and have been treated with such distain since by the GOP. For them and the Democratic leadership who lived through such chaos and no doubt continue to carry the scars within. We will not forget.

DOJ has missed two deadlines on Epstein files and is now breaking the law. We need to see accountability and a separate task force that must go in and audit what has happened. I remember the lead up to the Iraq war and being frustrated with people conflating Saddam and 9/11. But at least thought that after 20 years of that we’d at least not do it again.
