Can't help but feel like BSKY leadership fundamentally does not understand that BSKY users aren't here because it's the "decentralized future of social media." They're here because it (was) a safe space for targeted minorities on the progressively right-wing dominated mediasphere.

I honestly don't know if there is one besides *maybe* ordering state police to arrest any federal agent violating the law.

The problem is that there is the supremacy clause saying that federal agents can't be arrested for violating state law while in the *necessary* performance of their duties.

SCOTUS literally only works as long as it's seen as a legitimate body.

Their only enforcement mechanism, outside of people respecting their decisions, are the US Marshalls. Who they share with the Executive.
