what a friday!! cried hard but had an awesome meeting with my Chief People Officer at work. So not only do I get to start building a Microsoft Security practice; I also get to lead a minority ERG!! This job keeps giving. If anyone knows of any minority-led talent pipelines pls reach out!

Every dev team deserves grace, ESPECIALLY in the early stages. Building and shipping valuable a products is not easy at all.

Anyone here neurodivergent and suffer from intense insomnia ?!? I can’t take any sleep aids as it throws my bipolar medicine off 😭😭😭I’m struggling 😓😓😓😓this is why it’s hard for me to stay on meds but I refuse to come off I have 3 girls that I breathe air for help plzzz
