Received funds are deposited into the Dept of Treasury. Also, every fed agency has Treasury fund codes for their funding (budget), but OMB is responsible for allocating the $ to those funds. That's how Russ Vought has power over funds control and doing what he's doing.

I went to Dubai once for a short vacation, but a) it was 21 years ago and b) I was living in Yemen. Dubai was a nice break then (but I also went to Oman, which was definitely more my cup of tea)

She didn't say her kids get subsidies, she said their premiums will go up. That's likely because those who do get subsides will drop insurance when the subsides go away, so risk pool shrinks and premiums go up.
